Cleghorn Wilton and Associates were Technical Managers for Tugs and Barges for various Owners operating out of Singapore. The scope related to all Ship Management activities such as Budgeting, Technical and Crew Management, Liaising with Class/Flag, Drydocking and Repairs. Due to the economic downturn, it was a Management decision to pursue Ship Management as a partnership with like-minded companies instead of organic growth. Today we have partners in Nigeria, Malaysia and India. In the past, CWA has been the technical manager of various tugs and barges owned by Singaporean companies. The scope consists of ship management activities such as: Budgeting, Technical & Crew Management, Liasing with Class/ Flag Administration, Drydocking & repairs. In 2015, the management decided to pursue Ship Management as a partnership with like-minded companies instead of organic growth. Today, we have partners in Nigeria, Malaysia, Thailand, and India.
