Since its inception in 1976, Cleghorn, Wilton & Associates (CWA) Ltd has been a pioneering force in the maritime industry. Beginning as a Marine Surveying company in the UAE, CWA quickly gained renown for its impeccable audits and inspections for a diverse global clientele.
1999, Chief Engineer Sunil Jaitly's transition from a seafaring career to CWA marked a pivotal moment. His expertise enriched the company's services as a marine surveyor. By 2002, as General Manager, he introduced flag state inspections, showcasing CWA's commitment to innovation.
2004, Chief Engineer Jaitly's complete shareholding acquisition of CWA Dubai solidified his visionary leadership. Evolving into a leading marine surveying and auditing firm in the UAE, CWA expanded further, venturing into Offshore Structural Design, Engineering, and Analysis for the Oil & Gas Industry.
Yet, CWA's journey didn't stop there. With a relentless pursuit of growth across the Maritime Industry, it took a prominent role in driving the decarbonization of the global merchant fleet. Environmental offsets became a cornerstone of CWA's strategy, demonstrating its dedication to sustainable practices.
